As Curriculum and MERL (Monitoring Evaluation, Research, and Learning) Advisor, developed participatory photography curriculum and monitoring and evaluation protocols for youth and gender empowerment programming for adolescents in resource-limited settings with project pilots in Uganda, Ethiopia, Brooklyn, Kenya, and India.

Conducted external Capacity Gap Assessment mission to Nepal for World Food Programme to map existing gaps in functional capacities among 7 government ministries, donors, external development partners, civil society, academia and private sector alliances to ramp up implementation of the Multi Sectoral Nutrition Plan on behalf of UN REACH: Ending Child Hunger and Undernutrition Partnership.
Earth Institute/1 Million Community Health Workers Campaign
2013
Developed online and mobile training materials for frontline health workers in resource-limited settings worldwide. Introduced best practices for adult learners in behavior change curriculum deployed to over 1,100 Community Health Workers in 11 Millennium Villages across sub-Saharan Africa.

Led consultant team of 5 education specialists on creation of community-based literacy tutor training and handbooks to support emerging literacy skills of a local volunteer tutor team in a rural Haitian-Dominican batey community.
Millennium Villages Project, Mbola

Developed and executed a process evaluation of Community Education Worker pilot in the Mbola village cluster in the Western Tanzanian drylands, leading to drastic restructuring of program training and protocols in subsequent multi-country scaleup. Led participatory photography and creative writing workshops with partner organization Connect To Learn.
